We, the CoE HR Digital, Analytics & Transformation, are at the forefront of HR transformation at Beiersdorf AG. We continuously operate, optimize and innovate the systems and tools that drive HR.

Digitization & HR-Tech: Work closely with HR and IT teams to understand how HR processes work – and how we can improve them. You will help document requirements, support the configuration of HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, test new digital solutions and help with the training. HR-Data & Data Responsibility: Work practically with real HR data. You will slip into the role of a data architect or administrator and learn how data flows through our systems and how to keep them protected, accurate and effective. Analytics & Reporting: Immerse in tools like Power BI and contribute to reports and dashboards. You will help transform data into insights that actually drive decisions. Projects & Innovation: Engage in ongoing projects that interest you – or even suggest your own ideas. We love creativity and fresh perspectives!
