These are your tasks:

The job owner (d/m/w) works as a repair planning manager and is responsible for initiation, preparation, introduction and Monitoring of standard repair solutions and/or Improvement initiatives in accordance with internal and external Customer requirements.

The employee should be in Finkenwerder as well as in Fuhlsbüttel are used.

• Support for negotiations Supplier capacity, cost adjustment or the like with different Purchasing organisations
• Final definition of material demand strategy based on technical data and taking into account logistical aspects
• Early identification of new activities and their proactive Preparation by participation in daily operational meetings with the relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring punctual and quality delivery all materials at consolidated level
• Processing of customer orders in SAP application
• Responsible for the adaptation of industrial processes in Reference to logistics and material management
• Ensuring an End to End Supply Chain Solution repair projects including escalation

Studies

• Economic engineer (min. bachelor's degree) or
• Business (min. bachelor's degree) or
• Supply Chain / Logistics (min. Bachelor Program)

Professional experience

• Supplier management (min. over 2 years)
• Process improvement (min. over 2 years)
• Supply Chain / Logistics (min. over 2 years)

IT

• SAP (min. first application knowledge)
• Google Workspace is beneficial

Knowledge

• Change Management (min. basic knowledge)
• Lean Management (min. basic knowledge)

Further qualifications

• First experiences with Skywise are beneficial

Other

• Trip readiness would be advantageous (approx. 2x a year, for approx. 2 Days within the EU)

Language skills

• English (min. verhandlungssicherheit C1)
• German knowledge is advantageous
