Purpose and objective For our customers in machine and plant engineering, we are looking for an experienced CNC lathe (m/w/d) for the Büchen location.

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Processing of manufacturing orders on CNC and conventional machines (single parts and series)
• Operation and installation of CNC-controlled machines according to quality standards
• Creation and optimization of CNC programs (workshop programming, partly manual)
• Monitoring production processes to ensure quality and accuracy
• Measurement and control of manufactured parts with modern measuring and testing equipment
• Active error analysis, troubleshooting and continuous process improvement
• Cooperation with departments such as quality, production and technology to optimize processes

Technical requirements

• Complete vocational training as CNC lathe, machining mechanic or comparable qualification
• Found experience in CNC machining, ideally with first workshop programming
• Very good technical understanding and interest in new manufacturing techniques
• Teamability, initiative and careful, precise operation
• Willingness to work in 2-shift operation (spring and late)
• Safe handling of common CNC controls and measuring devices
