Your task:

• Your task is to carry out studies and assessments of adolescents. This includes:
• in-house examinations in schools and nursery schools and in-school examinations; Verification of vaccination status and implementation of vaccinations
• Studies in support and integration aid procedures
• Advising children, adolescents, parents and educators on health issues
• Creating expert reports, certificates, and attests
• Cooperation with funding institutions and authorities and established doctors
• health education, advice and implementation of early detection studies
• Exercise of all medical examinations and assessments of other subjects in the case of representation

Our expectations:

• valid German approval as a doctor, preferably as a pediatrician or a specialist in public health
• ready-to-use legal knowledge, including the Law on Public Health Service in the Free State of Saxony, School Health Care Ordinance, Saxon Law on the Promotion of Children in Day Facilities etc.
• very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1)
• Organizational talent, flexibility and mobility
• Social competence, in particular responsibility, resilience and team skills
• Suitability in dealing with children and adolescents, target group-oriented approach and sensitivity
• Participation in the medical call service
• a vaccination protection according to § 20 para. 8 Infectious Protection Act (Report is mandatory for all applicants born after 31.12.1970)
• Class B licence and the willingness to use private cars
