Projektmanager*in TGA (m/w/d) Part-time / Full-time Job ID (please specify when you apply): SHR2502 Control and implementation of complex real estate projects in the healthcare sector according to the AHO performance Head of project and subproject teams of various major projects Consultation and development of concepts and solutions for project realization with a focus on technical building equipment Operational (part-)project and quality responsibility

Successfully completed studies of engineering (special areas of supply / electrical engineering, industrial engineering energy / environment or comparable) Mind. 3 years of professional experience preferably in project management and control, like healthcare / hospital construction Very good computer skills (MS Office, MS Project) Safe handling of building law, HOAI, VOB and VDI 6026 Experience in handling building law and AHO Embossed analytical and strategic thinking as well as communication strength and team spirit, resilience and flexibility as well as enforcement
