We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the field of electricity networks: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) leadership, responsibility and leadership of the team: You are responsible for the technical and organizational management of the team in the field of network construction and are responsible for the 110-kV line network including all new building, extension and renewal measures. You coordinate and monitor delegated tasks, ensure qualifications and training and create an environment in which employees can grow professionally and personally.

Personnel use, capacity control and operational orientation: You ensure optimal deployment planning and economic utilization of the team. In addition, you control operational processes, prioritize tasks and ensure efficient, transparent and across-the-range cooperation.

Planning, implementation and control of technical measures: The proper planning and implementation according to HOAI is your responsibility. This includes new construction, extension and renewal measures, technical and economic evaluation, management of projects, commissioning, acceptance and warranty monitoring. In addition, you take over the professional power of instruction as a plant/work manager according to DIN VDE 0105‐100.

Ensuring the operation, safety and quality of work: You ensure safe operation and compliance with the law of all relevant standards and directives. You are responsible for teaching, training and quality assurance processes in the team. Participation in the readiness to call can be part of the task.

Controlling, project management and continuous improvement: You monitor budget and deadlines, conduct target-actual analyses and control action portfolios as well as collectors in terms of cost-effectiveness, quality and priority. In addition, ensure a continuous improvement of the work and project processes.

Professional experience in the planning, construction and project management of power grid projects
