Your tasks:

• As part of a leadership team (approximately 15 pers.) you maintain a new and agile organization and leadership model and implement it together
• Responsibility for the professional and timely and costly execution of network projects from pre-project to completion
• Ensuring occupational safety and health and environmental protection in network construction
• Continuous development of the team as well as processes and standards in an agile organization
• Care and further expansion of contacts with service providers and suppliers

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical university studies (MA, Diploma) and understanding of the assets in the high-voltage network
• Ideally deepened methodology competence for team development and implementation of infrastructure projects
• First leadership experience, a diplomatic skill and enforcement and persuasiveness
• Joy in driving change processes
• Team- and targeted working, economic, analytical and process-oriented thinking and acting
• Very good English skills
• Class B licence
