Consultant (m/w/d)

The job is part-time, the part-time can be configured according to individual consultation in the work area, so that the task is fulfilled.

Your core tasks are:

They work as part of the craftsman and house masters team in the field of building management. The team is made up of specialists from various trades (e.g. electric, painters, carpenters, carpenters and masons) and is characterised by close, cross-sectoral cooperation. Under the direction of a foreman, you will take over manual operations in the urban properties of the Hanseatic city of Lüneburg, including schools, kitas, district houses, public sanitary facilities, administrative buildings, event rooms, community accommodation and sports halls.

Its tasks include all activities to review, maintain, entertain and repair the urban buildings and technical facilities carried out by the craftsmen and masters team. These include, in particular, the support of the school-house masters: on-site, transport and transfer services, disposal work, the implementation of smaller construction measures and the snow-saving service to and from the urban properties.

In accordance with your professional qualification, you will take over carpentry work. These include the production, adaptation and repair of wood and furniture components, the installation and addition of kitchens, the manufacture of custom-made furniture and the repair and installation of doors, windows and built-in furniture. In addition, you are involved in the construction and maintenance of wooden and large structures such as shelters, carports or sun protection elements, partly taking into account the relevant requirements in historical buildings.

You can convince us with this:

• completed vocational training as a carpenter:in or comparable craft training,

• professional experience in crafts,

• Ready to work in the team,

• Ability and willingness to work in other trades and to carry out other activities

• Service readiness, friendly and constructive handling

• independent, structured and conscientious operation,

• physical suitability for the snow clearance service as well as transport tasks,

• Driving licence B (or old class 3) and a separate vehicle that can be used occasionally for service purposes are required. The residence should be in Lüneburg or the surrounding area.

Experience in the handling of historic and listed buildings as well as polluted materials is an advantage.

Depending on the qualification, the remuneration is up to the 6 collective agreement for the public service (TVöD).
