Responsibility: In your role you are responsible for the main accounting, asset accounting, creditor accounting and debitor accounting Analytics: You are questioning information and accounting facts, you are using the resulting topics in your own initiative and you are developing structured solutions Team support: The operational support of your team is also part of your task in all accounting tasks Reporting: A timely compilation of monthly reports, statistical reports and monthly and annual accounts does not represent a burden for you. Customs: You are also responsible for customs, with a focus on monitoring ongoing activities and accompanying customs inspection Digitization: In cooperation with the controlling, you implement the digitalization strategy and ensure a more efficient process design Team development: You will continue to develop your team in terms of needs and strength and are able to delegate and prioritize tasks Cooperation: You work closely with the management and external partners (m/w/d) (e.g. auditors, tax advisors, banks); you are also the first contact person for internal departments (e.g. controlling)

Qualification: You have completed business studies or a comparable qualification, such as balance sheet accounting (m/w/d) or tax specialist (m/w/d) Balance sheet knowledge: You have very good tax and commercial accounting knowledge according to HGB Professional experience: You bring several years of professional experience, ideally in senior function IT skills: You have good IT skills, especially in MS Office and popular booking software Entrepreneurial thinking: you think and act entrepreneurially and bring a hand-on mentality with Decision competence: You have a high degree of decision-making competence and problem-solving capability Communication: You are characterized by pronounced communication strength Enforcement assets: You have enforcement capability and are confident Language skills: You have fluent knowledge of German in word and writing
