You act as a central interface between our customers, the workshop team and the company, thereby ensuring a professional, smooth flow of information You advise our customers competently for repairs, maintenance and services, offer targeted repair recommendations and convince with expertise and fingertip feeling You accompany the entire repair process – from order acceptance via communication with the workshop to vehicle return – as a personal contact person (m/w/d) You carry out warranty and cunning independently and carefully and coordinate the necessary steps with all parties You actively promote the sale of spare parts and accessories and identify potentials for additional services in customer talk

Completed training as a motor vehicle mechatronic, motor vehicle mechanic, body and vehicle engineering mechanic or comparable technical qualification – ideally complemented by a further training on the motor vehicle service consultant (m/w/d) or KfzMeister (m/w/d) from the area KfzParty trade, workshop management or technical sales – are welcome Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Sovereign handling of demanding customers and strong communication and argumentation Diagnostic and consulting security complete your profile Well-kept appearance, safe handling and a professional, binding appearance Driving licence class B required
