As specialist cargo & customs processing, you are responsible for the production and transmission of export and import declarations (ATLAS system) and the classification of goods in the customs tariff (goods numbers). In the field of freight management, organize and book transports (sea, air, land or parcel freight), calculate the freight costs and select suitable forwardings. You prepare all shipping and maintenance related documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, freight letters (CMR/AWB) and certificates of origin. In addition, you are responsible for tracking and tracing shipments, checking freight invoices for accuracy and, if necessary, the complaint processing during transport damage or delays. You agree closely with customs authorities, customers, suppliers and logistics partners worldwide.
