In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a Senior Project Management Office (PMO) (m/w/d)* for our Quickborn location near Hamburg at the next time.

You make sure that our project plan lives – from progress tracking to early recognition of deviations.

You prepare meetings and presentations in terms of content and organization, moderate them and keep all participants on track.

You bring the right methods, processes and tools into play – and make sure that we use them consistently.

You make knowledge transfer possible in the project and keep it running.

You organize and accompany special project moments such as kick-offs or onsite meetings.

You keep internal communication fresh, clear and connecting via different channels (e.g. MS teams).

You have a completed university degree.

You master MS Office at a very high level – especially PowerPoint, Teams and Projects.

You communicate clearly, convincingly and organize with an overview.

You take responsibility and make decisions.

You think analytically and find smart solutions for complex problems.

You have already gained experience in IT or project management.

You speak fluent German (mind. C1) and good English – both oral and written.

Transparent remuneration: You will receive an attractive tariff compensation (approximately 74,000€-90,000€ depending on qualification and experience), Christmas money, an annual special payment, asset-effective services (480€/year) and an occupational pension scheme. Time for you: With us you have a 37-hour week, 30 vacation days and additionally free on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. You have a time record and can convert your time balance into free time.
