For our customers in Herscheid we are looking for motivated production staff / machine operators (m/w/d), who want to contribute with commitment and care to the production of high-quality products. A varied workplace awaits you in the 2-shift system with a long-term perspective and a strong team on your side.

Your tasks:

• Operation, monitoring and installation of machinery and equipment
• Implementation of quality controls according to prescribed guidelines including documentation
• Ensuring compliance with safety and production standards
• Cleaning and easy maintenance of machines and work equipment
• Support for a smooth production process
• Close cooperation with the team and production management to optimize processes

We are looking for

• Motivation, reliability and interest in long-term activity
• Ideally first experience in production or machine operation
• Craft skills and technical understanding
• readiness to work in the shift system
• Teamability and a careful and structured way of working
• Good knowledge of German for a secure understanding of work instructions
