The waste management companies Lübeck are the municipal environmental service provider in the Hansestadt Lübeck. Over 600 employees: around 215,000 inhabitants are targeted and committed to cleaning wastewater, environmentally friendly waste disposal and clean roads and squares. We are looking to supplement our team in the Working Safety Department, at the next possible time, indefinitely

a Consultant (m/w/d) up to 9b (depending on qualification) Reference number E35/2026

Processing of accidents, near accidents and uncertain situations including compiling reports Organisation and implementation of security Consultation and support in the case of instruction and risk assessments Participation in hazardous material management and maintenance of internal information systems Support in occupational health management (BGM) and occupational safety

You are specialist in occupational safety m/w/d or have a technician training or a comparable qualification. Terms such as ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 are not foreign words for you, but living practice. You are well familiar with the applicable regulations and standards in occupational and health protection. The handling of Microsoft 365 is self-evident – you will also bring a high IT affinity and experience with digital work protection solutions. You have a class B licence. Your own-responsible work is just as much as your team is working together.
