All-in-one lessons: You teach interdisciplinary and accompany the school students with different funding requirements of the 1st to 6th class through a shaping phase of their lives. You can combine classical teaching content with practical experiences at different learning locations: Whether exploring our Naschgarten, school-based petting zoo or creative projects – you make learning tangible and sustainable. Living Inclusion: All are welcome in your class. You create a learning space in which children benefit from and grow together with each other with and without need for funding. With your commitment, you convey values such as respect, appreciation and recognition. Promoting sustainability: You strive for a holistic teaching that combines theory and practice. Take advantage of the diverse possibilities offered by our 750 ha school forest as a “green classroom” to strengthen environmental awareness and responsible action. As one of 110 schools in Brandenburg, you work on the educational success of all children and are part of a dedicated team working for equal opportunities in the education system for 30 years. Together with 40 other pedagogical colleagues, you will accompany our 270 students with and without need for funding on their individual path.

You have the 1st/2th State Exam, a Master of Education or a comparable apprenticeship – or are close to reaching them. Health and safety Your pupils have a lot of energy – so that you can always stay with them, we offer you many different services in addition to our company health management: from preventive examinations at our company doctor to financial grants, for example for a new workplace glasses, to the health ticket worth 80 euros per year, which you can use individually for different applications and courses. Technical development & further education Our schools not only offer children and adolescents a lot of space to unfold – you also personally expect a learning environment from the first day in which you can develop professionally, deepen your pedagogical expertise and acquire cross-disciplinary skills. We are happy to support you exactly where your individual strengths and interests lie and offer you professional training courses at our Stephanus Academy or external partners. We support you both professionally and personally if you want to develop for example as a class manager, guidance teacher or child protection officer. .
