Architect for major projects on parental leave

Project management: You support us in managing and controlling planning processes for larger and smaller refurbishment tasks (e.g. construction, civil engineering), from pre-planning to handover to the operation. Process control: You coordinate, control and monitor all planning processes and interfaces of the companies involved. Communication: The close coordination with architects, specialist planners, project management, specialist departments and authorities is an integral part of your work. BIM modelling: Your tasks include the further processing and maintenance of BIM models and the digitization of existing documents in BIM. Reporting: You first, check and advise project plans and performance overviews. Project monitoring: Your task also includes ensuring compliance with dates, costs and quality requirements. Approval processes: The preparation, monitoring and control of building permits are also part of your work. Development: You support us in the project development and analysis of project requirements. Documentation: In addition to the execution of regular appointments, you will object to the creation of reports and documentation. Interface: You are the central interface between the internal team and all planning stakeholders.

Qualification: You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable technical degree course. Experience: In addition, you will bring at least 3 years of professional experience in planning, project management or construction coordination, as well as knowledge in building and civil engineering. Liabilities: In addition to well-founded experience in building permits, you have knowledge of public construction processes and project development. Information management: You have a safe handling of planning, tendering and project documents. Proactivity: You have an independent, committed and solution-oriented approach. Representation: You have a high team capability and a sovereign appearance towards authorities, specialist planners and internal interfaces. Mobility: Ideally, you have a class B licence.
