Our logistics location in Rade-Mienenbüttel is growing: take advantage of the opportunity and become part of our expert team for the storage and handling of hazardous substances and mineral oils for some of the world's largest customers in the chemical and mineral oil industries. We are looking for you as a CVP manager in parttime (25 hours).

Our shopfloor management and the optimization of our 5S concept are in the best hands with you and are always driven/developed by you. You support your colleagues with advice and deed on all issues related to the CSDP. You work closely with executives and specialist departments and promote the internal culture of improvement. In addition, you are the contact person for the central KVP team and drive forward the further development of the company. You are responsible for the optimization, automation and digitization of our processes and brings new ideas into implementation in a structured manner. You are responsible for the idea management at our location and within the supply chain of our customers.

You don't necessarily need prior knowledge in the area of CS - you can do everything important to us on site. Your working style is well structured and thanks to your hand-on mentality it is easy for you to tackle themes without detours. You bring passion for logistical processes and you have great interest in continuously optimizing them. It is self-evident for you to critically question existing processes and to actively promote improvements. Your colleagues appreciate your open and communicative way, as well as your affinity for work security and quality. You moderate workshops in German and English and understand how to inspire others for your topics.
