Ensuring a complete, consistent and processable part master files across all clients and entities (systems) (Microsoft Business Central, aluPlan, aluClick, etc.) including Governance, Quality Assurance and Process Control Continuous improvement of the part installation and change process Final check and release of the article master files Master Data Management Compliance and demand of governance & standards (e.g. designation, classification, number circles, customs/price/planning, etc.) Interface control (purchasing/PM/construction/marketing/logistics)

Completed training, e.g. as a technical product designer or training as a state-tested technician and professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity Secure handling of Microsoft Business Central Secure knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint) structured and methodological methods high sense of responsibility good English skills in word and writing Interface moderation, enforcing (scientific) without disciplinary guidance and clear communication Making motivation – not just managing
