The Backend and Automation team is responsible for the backend systems and various automation solutions at BMW Bank. As Product Owner:in, BMW Bank GmbH is waiting for you a variety of dynamically developing tasks in the field of IT further development and IT management. You actively support the digitization and automation of processes and solutions using modern technologies.

What do you expect? They analyze existing business processes and optimize them in a project. In doing so, you are working on a continuous expansion of the banking process and system landscape, initiate and carry out corresponding projects and take technical acceptances as well as coordination of tests. You translate the requirements into User Stories, align them with the stakeholders and accompany the implementation with the IT. In cooperation, you use agile methods and form the interface between specialist and IT. They like to face new challenges and actively address changes. In close cooperation with stakeholders from different disciplines, you use your analytical skills, develop viable solutions and implement them in resistance.

What are you doing? Graduates in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in financial services would be very desirable. They have already been able to gather project experience (even as a subproject manager) in business/IT projects. Impressed understanding and the ability to analyze and structure complex operational processes. The results of your analyses can be prepared to address and presented to management in a convincing manner. Basic knowledge of agile working methods incl. Use of agile tools like Jira and Confluence. Know-how and practical experience regarding process improvements and related methods are desirable. Negotiating German as well as good English skills, good office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
