Analysis and evaluation of customer requests and tender documents incl. Verification of feasibility and delivery volumes precise costing of projects in the technical building equipment (heating, ventilation, sanitation) as well as establishing sound cost approaches Creation, revision and tracking of offers incl. Collection and evaluation of supplier offers Development of technical alternative solutions as well as identification of potentials and claims Participation in contract negotiations, project transfer to the processing and maintenance and development of customer relationships Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
