For our location in Dresden, we are looking for a Projektmanager (m/w/d) Your area of responsibility: You are responsible for the efficient handling of customer requests, offers and orders and ensure a smooth exchange between customers, internal interfaces and external partners.

Organizational classification: The position is located within the After Sales area and reports directly to the department management.

Team: A small team awaits you in which employees from the interior and service technician (m/w/d) work closely together.

International cooperation: Due to the global structure of our group of companies, regular coordination with international locations, in particular with the USA and the Netherlands, can exist. Project work often takes place in intercultural teams.

Support for sales in the production, costing and tracking of offers and orders Individually responsible handling of customer orders from request to delivery Support for national and international customers and close coordination with internal departments Coordination of delivery dates, transportation and shipping activities including export and customs documentation Creation of invoices and credits and monitoring of open claims Implementation of export control, embargo and sanctions Maintenance of customer, supply and order data in ERP, CRM and customer portal systems Creation and evaluation of sales-relevant key figures, analyses and reports Organisation of service travel and support in service operations Processing of general administrative and organisational tasks in the sales environment

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with corresponding further training in the sales, industrial or foreign trade environment Including professional experience in the sales service, ideally in an internationally active industrial or mechanical engineering company Technical understanding and experience in dealing with products in need of explanation Knowledge of supply creation, order processing and export and shipping Experience in handling ERP and CRM systems as well as common MS Office applications Structured, independent and reliable operation Service and customer orientation as well as communication skills Organisational skills and prioritisation in the coordination of several tasks Good English knowledge of word and writing
