Corporate Development Manager (m/w/d) – Production & Supply Chain 40 hours/week

Further development of the international production and location strategy as well as management of strategic special projects Analysis and optimization of the global production footprint Development of concepts for product localisation, production relocation and internationalisation Support in building new production sites and production capacities Analysis and evaluation of make-or-buy strategies Identification and implementation of group-wide synergy potentials Support in the further development of the global purchasing strategy Analysis of international procurement markets and supplier structures Development of strategic supplier and partner networks Creation of business cases, investment bills and decision templates Accompanying transformation and change projects within the group Development of concrete recommendations for action for management

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology or supply chain management or a comparable qualification Found professional experience in international machine and plant engineering, in automation and production technology Experience in Corporate Development, Business Development, Strategy, Consulting or Operations Management Understanding industrial value creation processes as well as production, purchasing and supply chain management Experience in creating business cases, investment assessments and cost-effectiveness analyses Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is advantageous Very good German knowledge (at least C1) and good English knowledge (at least B2) Embossed analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and a structured and independent way of working High communication and team skills, technical understanding and intercultural competence Loadability, flexibility and sense of responsibility readiness for national and international missions
