As a Business Analyst (m/w/d), you can support our team at the Lübeck site in the conceptual development of our industry-leading and award-winning software products. You work at the interface between the department and IT, analyzes complex requirements and translate them into sound, usable specialist and solution concepts. Together, we grow as a team, share our expert knowledge, learn from each other and continuously advance the qualitative development of our product landscape.

Analysis, structuring and technical description of sales and inventory processes as the basis for new functions and developments within our product landscape

Development of specialist, process and solution concepts in close coordination with internal stakeholders

Support and professional support of change and release processes through conceptual preparatory work and impact analyses

Continuous evaluation of existing processes and product features as well as deriving recommendations for optimization and action

Technical preparation and accompaniment of prioritization decisions through transparent analyses and basis of decision

Cooperation with strategic special projects with high conceptual and analytical requirements

As part of an international scrum team, you act as a professional link between product owners, development, UX/UI design and other stakeholders

Supporting the QA team by developing clear technical requirements, acceptance criteria and professional test scenarios

Implementation and assessment of economic and risk analyses based on business-relevant KPIs and metrics

Complete study of business management, business informatics or a comparable discipline – alternatively multi-year relevant professional experience, e.g. in process, request or project management

Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a high IT affinity

Very good understanding of business processes, professional relationships and customer requirements

Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation

Very good knowledge of German and English (especially for regular cooperation with our English-speaking team in Krakow)
