Internal Auditor (m/f/d)

You act in the design of a risk-oriented examination planning in the interdisciplinary environment of a German transmission system operator with You plan, control and conduct risk-oriented audits in all business areas of the Amprion independently The analysis of processes, systems and projects with regard to regularity, fairness, effectiveness and cost-effectiveness are part of your task as well as the review of the effectiveness of the risk management, compliance management, and internal control system On the basis of the test results, you will demonstrate risk, efficiency and optimization potentials and will be able to take targeted measures to create the highest possible process x-cellency. You shall ensure an effective follow-up process which ensures the sustainable implementation of the agreed measures in qualitative and quantitative terms As a Sparring Partner, you proactively advise the management and management of governance, risk management and control processes You report to involved decision-makers and management You actively contribute to the further development of our revision methodology and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal auditing

IHR PROFIL:

You have a successfully completed study of an economic, technical or IT field or a comparable course of study You shall bring at least five, ideally up to ten years of relevant professional experience in carrying out audits in an audit firm or in an internal audit with You have a well-founded knowledge of the relevant standards for the professional practice of internal auditing (IIA, DIIR) as well as the industry-specific legal and regulatory requirements of the energy or infrastructure sector and have applied them successfully in practice You have ideally successfully acquired an additional professional qualification (e.g. CIA, CISA, CPA or WP) or are willing to complete these. You have a secure handling of IT applications (MS-Office applications, ERP systems, data analysis tools and audit management tools) You think analytical and risk-oriented, have an objective judgment capability, work structured and bring strong communication and presentation skills with Working up complex issues in an address-oriented manner and convincingly representing them - from the department to the management - is of course for you You show a high degree of initiative, sense of responsibility, negotiation skills and resilience Teamability and reliability as well as a high level of commitment are among your strengths You show empathy without impairing the independent tester role and thereby appear confidently You can control German at a safe level
