Projektmanager (m/w/d) is the driving force behind the CO2 hub in Wilhelmshaven. You bring together local and central teams, combine technical, commercial and strategic functions - and implement ideas into reality. From the technical concept to the business model you accompany every step of this ambitious development. Here you will work From the power that supplies your home with energy, to the vehicle you drive to work with daily, to the bread that gives you strength for the day - all these vital things have their origin in the transport of mass goods. Our client operates modern deep-water and envelope terminals for liquid and dry mass goods and ensures a smooth supply of industrial customers around the clock. The connection to distribution networks in the hinterland is made via pipelines, inland ships, trucks and trains. Head and inspiration of multidisciplinary teams to implement the CO2 Hub project Coordination and control of the selection of FEED consultants, EPC(M) partners and other technical planning services Development of the technical concept for the terminal and building the basis for long-term growth Structure of financial basis: OPEX, CAPEX and complete business case Definition of the roadmap for extension of the hub and future-proof operation Representation of the company at external events, events and visits on site Coordination of approval procedure including relevant regulatory approvals and licenses Support for a commercial Open Season process for customer acquisition incl. Documents (Teaser, IM, NDA) Input for the commercial framework on tariffs and business models Support as a technology and project expert in negotiations of central agreements with partners and customers (from MoU to terminal usage contract) Close cooperation with the CO2 Manager and direct line of report to New Energies Intensive cooperation with similar CO2 Hub projects in Europe

Engineering background and project management experience in large infrastructure or energy projects Impressed security awareness and a clear look for risks and quality Pragmatic approach to solutions in the development phase and joy in driving things forward Strong leadership qualities: You combine different disciplines and cultures into a team Very good communication capability and safe occurrence in the international environment Flowing English in Word and Writing (German or Dutch are of advantage)
