Online Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Queisser Pharma develops, produces and sells, as a successful medium­size enterprise with an international 800 employees, free-market pharmaceuticals, food supplements and medical products. Our brands Doppelherz and Protefix take leading positions in their respective markets and are distributed to end users in Germany and abroad via pharmacies, drugstore and consumer markets and e-commerce. The foreign share is 40%. Inland, the brands Stozzon, Ramend, Litozin and Tiger Balm are also distributed.

Projektmanager (m/w/d)

For the various subbrands of our Double Heart brand, you are responsible for the planning, implementation and optimization of Paid Social Advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok (focus on our international markets) Your tasks include monitoring, analysis and evaluation of social media campaigns as well as deriving concrete recommendations for action for the respective brand They also support the strategic development of the SEA accounts and the display campaigns. They work here with external agencies and are responsible for creating briefings and monitoring of all ongoing campaigns You also work closely with our creative agency to create required display advertising media They are responsible for budgets for all digital advertising measures for double hearts They work closely with colleagues from product management and digital marketing to advance the development of brands digitally They support the further development of the tracking setup for performance marketing

You are safe to use the Meta Business Manager and its tools (especially the Facebook Pixel) You also have a large number affinity and KPIs like CTR, CR and CPM are an integral part of your workday's essential key figures They have successfully completed business studies, ideally focusing on online marketing or comparable training They have professional experience in social media advertising (at least 2 years), ideally with additional experience in the areas of SEA and Display You have experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns as well as in developing budget and media plans They have an independent, structured working and high self-motivation combined with very good organizational, conceptual and communicative skills You have very good German and English skills
