Project Manager Synthetic Chemistry (m/f/d)

Comprehensive planning and implementation of synthesis projects and development contracts in both technical and organizational terms Development of new synthesis routes and optimization of the synthesis paths of existing products Scaling Up from the laboratory scale to the technician to production Experimental work in the laboratory, including reaction tests and use test Detailed documentation of experiments and analysis results including report generation Implementation of production process validation Continuous improvement of workflows Participation in the creation of GBU and the processing of AM, CC, CAPA and complaints Processing of quality management processes

You have successfully completed your studies in chemistry or have a comparable degree, preferably with a doctorate in the field of organic chemistry You have experiences in project management in the chemical industry, preferably in the field of organic synthesis chemistry, with Experience in chemical process development is advantageous Analytical and strategic thinking as well as a conceptual way of working out You have sound knowledge of the current IT systems (MS Off ice, ChemDraw) Reliability, ready-to-use and team capability are of course for you Good English knowledge of word and writing
