Developing the omnichannel platform: Together with our IT service providers, you will design the technical development of our omnichannel platforms. For this purpose, you formulate requirements, evaluate technical solutions and accompany their implementation. Keep in mind the integration of chat, email and speech solutions into our system landscape, especially in SAP oscare®. As a central interface between departments, IT service providers and other providers, you translate technical requirements into technical solutions. You advise on implementation possibilities, coordinate the application operation and ensure that architecture, safety and quality standards are complied with. Ensure application operation: you plan release introductions and system updates, accompany tests and quality assurance measures and, together with our partners, ensure a stable and efficient operation of our applications. In addition, you will provide advice on role and authorization concepts and identify optimization potentials in IT operation. Promoting digitalization: In projects for the further development of our digital customer communication, you bring your technical expertise. You observe market and technology trends (for example in the field of Conversational AI or cloud technologies), assess their potential and develop future-oriented solutions for our insurers. Establishing standards: Together with the AOK Federal Association, our IT service providers and other external partners, you develop technical standards and reusable solutions. Take into account the economy as well as IT security, KRITIS and NIS2 requirements.

Studies: You have completed studies of (economic) informatics, information technology or a comparable subject. In addition, you have very good knowledge of German and English and communicate safely in word and writing. Professional experience: You have already gained at least two years of practical experience in application management, IT service management or in the management of complex IT applications. Technical expertise: You have a well-founded knowledge of contact center systems, digital communication platforms, cloud technologies and modern AI applications such as conversational AI or chatbots. Experience in IT service management and cooperation with external IT service providers complete your professional profile. Analytical skills: You analyse complex technical relationships and develop economic and sustainable solutions. Your strong personality: Commu­nity strength, self-initiative and a pronounced service orientation. You like to work on cutting points, bring together different interests and actively promote changes.
