• Guest care: You welcome, advise and treat our guests with charm, competence and a real smile in the breakfast, á la carte and banquet area. • Service quality: You are responsible for your own service station and ensure that our standards are complied with at any time. • Teamwork: You work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth running. • Consultation: You know our menu of food and drinks in detail and recommend suitable dishes and drinks to our guests. • Preparation & Preparation: You take care of the Mise en Place, the blanketing of the tables and the smooth running in the service area. • Responsibility: You accept orders, coordinate the service and ensure professional handling of guest wishes and complaints.
