CNC Fräser / CNC Dreher (m/f/d)

You set up CNC lathes and/or milling machines independently and serve them safely. You program, optimize and adapt CNC programs, such as Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc – ideally OKUMA OSP-200 / OSP-300. You manufacture individual parts as well as small and series productions according to technical drawings. You perform tool change and tool and program corrections. You test the manufactured components with measuring and testing equipment and ensure the highest quality. You take care of the maintenance and maintenance of machines and work equipment. You ensure dimensional accuracy, quality and timely production. You actively contribute to improvement processes within production.

(m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), CNC (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification Experience in CNC turning or CNC milling Safe handling of technical drawings and measuring devices Knowledge of CNC controls such as Siemens, Heidenhain or Fanuc (optimal: OKUMA OSP-200/OSP-300) An independent, careful and reliable operation Quality awareness and technical understanding Willingness to shift work Team spirit, motivation and joy in modern manufacturing technology
