As Senior Project Manager (m/w/d), you play a key role in the development of business models in the private customer bank. You control strategic projects from planning to successful implementation and contribute significantly to the optimization of processes, products and services.

Position type: Full-time Management and control of strategic projects in private customer business – from conception to implementation Ensuring project results in compliance with time frames, quality requirements and budget specifications Identification of optimization potentials and development of efficient solutions for products and service processes Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders as well as various specialist areas within the HVB Analysis and optimization of existing processes to increase customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Leadership and motivation of cross-departmental project teams Own-responsible interaction with management, e.g. through regular status updates or decision templates

Economic studies or comparable qualifications with very good academic achievements Multiannual experience in project management ideally in the financial services industry and/or in management consulting Detectional experience in the successful management of complex, cross-departmental projects Designed analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex problems Quick understanding and joy in working with new, unknown topics Embossed communication and team skills as well as the ability to control several projects simultaneously Excellent handling with MS Excel and PowerPoint Willingness to take over a high degree of self-responsibility Very high level of commitment, flexibility, resilience and initiative Sovereign appearance in dealing with senior management flowing English skills in word and writing
