Self-assessment and assessment of legal issues, in particular in insurance contract, sales and competition law and in the field of digital business Advising our areas of expertise on legal issues – practical, solution-oriented and highly professional Active participation of our insurance products and insurance conditions – from conception to legal development Legal support of marketing measures – including verification of advertising campaigns and advertising media for compliance and legal admissibility Processing digital legal issues in the online business – focusing on innovative and forward-looking solutions Support for judicial and extrajudicial procedures – including strategic assessment and communication with external partners Participation in interdisciplinary projects with legal reference – as a competent contact person for legal issues Negotiation and design of contracts with national and international business partners – legally secure and economically well thought out

Successfully completed legal studies Relevant professional experience or strong knowledge in insurance contract, distribution and competition law desirable High problem-solving competence, a secure judgment and the ability to develop pragmatic and business-oriented solutions and to accompany new business models with legal status willingness to design, pronounced communication skills and argumentation strength Analytical and conceptual skills as well as independent and structured work Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing (English min. B2)
