Division Director Continuing Education (m/f/d)

On the initiative of the Dieter Schwarz Foundation, the Technical University of Munich operates its own teaching and research site at the Heilbronn educational campus. The campus is under the guidance of “for The Digital Age” and focuses on the opportunities and challenges of the digital age, including in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Computer Science. The speciality of the campus lies mainly in the interconnection of management and digital technologies and deals with future topics around the middle class and family business.

Our interdisciplinary bachelor's and master's degree programs focus on teaching the latest technological and management skills and are taught in English. The campus offers the predominantly international students not only excellent teaching, but also an inspiring student life in one of the most innovative high-tech regions in Europe in the immediate vicinity of world market leaders and hidden champions.

For the TUM Campus Heilbronn gGmbH we are looking for a Division Director Continuing Education (m/w/d) at the fastest possible time (first limited to 2 years, with a view to takeover).

In addition to the classical courses of study, lifelong learning is becoming increasingly important – both for personal and professional development. Your duties

Strategic positioning, construction and further development of the continuous education programs Conception, project management and curriculum planning incl. Implementation and operational implementation of the programmes Overall responsibility for management, quality assurance, evaluation and certification of the program portfolio Sales and marketing of the programs incl. Key Account Management and Participant and Interested Construction and management of a resilient business network in the Heilbronn-Franken region Discipline and professional management of the Continuing Education Division
