Airfreight Export Operator Healthcare (m/f/d)

You develop national and international air freight shipments in export, in particular in the field of healthcare and pharmaceutical logistics

Meet our international customers in the B2B environment in German and English and work closely with our global locations

You process Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) and ensure compliance with all air safety regulations

You coordinate transports, monitor shipments and find solutions for deviations or delays

You actively communicate with customers, airlines, service providers and international partners

You support price negotiations, calculate customer-specific offers and start accounting for air freight shipments

You process complaints and take over damage management

You contribute to the continuous optimization of our processes in the field of Air Freight Export

You have a completed training as a merchant/buyer for forwarding and logistics services, wholesale and foreign trade or a comparable qualification

You have first professional experience in international shipping, ideally in the field of air freight export

You have very good German skills and fluent English skills in word and writing

Knowledge in hazardous goods management, aviation security and export processing are advantageous

Ideally, you have a valid DGR certificate (Dangerous Goods Regulations) as well as a ZÜP (Reliability Review)

You like to work in international and remote teams

You make decisions safe and keep an overview even in dynamic situations
