Working student in the field of learning and transfer support (e-learning) (m/f/d)

Learning guide: You accompany learners on our learning platform sustainably and professionally – including communication, support, activation & motivation. Also moderate the Lerner community. Co-Moderation: You perform online presentations and online trainings as a co-host (m/w/d). Seminar concepts: You prepare high-quality seminar concepts as well as training materials and ensure their quality. In addition, you will work with the concept. E-learning products: You support the implementation of e-learning products such as videos, scripts and transfer tasks. Seminar organisation: You work with the seminar organization, ensure the legally compliant documentation of educational times and provide learning success controls and carry out them.

Studies: You study in the field of communication and media technology. Responsibility: You like to work independently and are characterized by a structured and reliable way of working with high quality awareness. Digital affinity: You have an affinity for digital and communication and experience in the use of digital media (web content, videos, presentations). Team spirit: You bring fun at work in the team, reliability and good mood; Self-initiative, openness and communication strength are of course for you. Technical know-how: You are very familiar with the current MS Office programs and work easily and independently in tools on PC/MAC. Experiences in dealing with Adobe CC and popular video creation programs would be a plus, but are not a prerequisite. Organizational institution: You are an organizational and improvisational talent (m/w/d) and are happy to work independently.
