You take over the project-leading processing of versatile construction projects over all performance phases of HOAI You are contact persons for our customers and colleagues You are responsible for the technical guidance and guidance of the landscape architects in the project team You are actively involved in the entire planning process, in particular design and execution planning You will review dates, costs and quality assurance

Complete study of landscape architecture Multiannual professional experience in object planning, preferably in project-leading function in all performance phases Knowledge of planning and construction processes in German building law, HOAI and VOB Safe handling of CAD software AutoCAD and graphics programs (e.g. Adobe Suite) A plus, no need: knowledge of Dataflor Knowledge of visualization and presentation of designs Team spirit, creativity and joy in in interdisciplinary cooperation Knowledge of tendering and construction management of advantage
