Re-establishment of support conditions for public construction loans Processing of requests for forward conditions or for immediate conditioning adjustments and prolongations for KfW forward and IFB loans Processing of security adjustments and transactions with legal relevance (e.g. change of ownership and debtors), incl. reassessment of collateral and viability testing Confirmation and compliance of claims of third parties Processing of scheduled and early repayments and waivers of further payments from application loans and the creation of (partial) recalls Income audits to determine the subsidy entitlement of assisted rent apartments and cooperative housing projects

You have a bank-based training or a training as a real estate businessman (m/w/d) as well as professional practice in credit management in private real estate credit. You bring an independent and self-responsible working style and are happy to work in the team. A sovereign and target group-appropriate appearance completes your profile.
