My tasks:

Welding of aluminium workpieces with various welding techniques, such as WIG welding, MIG welding or TIG welding. Responsive processing of seams to ensure the desired stability requirements. Cutting and preparation of aluminium parts (e.g. sawing, grinding or milling). Cleaning of the welding surfaces, since aluminum reacts sensitively to impurities. Testing of welds on cracks, unevenness or other defects. Work according to specific welding plans and technical drawings. Operation and maintenance of modern welding equipment.

My profile:

Complete vocational training in a metal profession (e.g. metal builders, construction mechanics or industrial mechanics). Experience in handling aluminium and the specific challenges in processing this material. Craftsmanship and a good eye for precision. A sense of responsibility and the ability to work without errors even under time pressure. Technical understanding and the ability to read and implement technical drawings. High level of care, especially in quality control. Teamability and communication strength to work well with colleagues and supervisors.
