At the closest possible time, colleagues from the Department of Technology and Building of the University of Hohenheim are looking for a supplement to their campus service team by a

100 %, indefinite, TV-L to EC 6

like to be a cross-release from the field of trade fair construction, rigger, crash locks, roof tops, industrial or tree climbers.

The University of Hohenheim is a diverse, complex and dynamic organization. Their mission is formulated with a focus on the three major areas of activity of the university: research, study and teaching as well as science-supporting services. The Engineering & Building Department provides a range of services to all facilities and departments that it supports in fulfilling its tasks.

The area of responsibility shall include the following activities:

• Planning, tendering and quality assurance of services in the following plants
• Cleaning of internal traffic areas with drainage devices, rainwater inlets, mourning strips and light shafts
• Winter service
• Green care in two buildings
• Inspection of roof drainage
• Maintenance of flat roofs with different uses
• Inspections of crash protection systems
• Closing services and surveillance in coordination with the team management
• Data collection and maintenance of the above-mentioned areas and installations as well as the locations of the paper baskets in the outside area and the waste container
• formulation of repair orders on the deficiencies in areas and buildings found in the activities
• Representation of the team leader and with SB of maintenance cleaning

You have a training in one of the above topics or a completed technical training and offer us:

• Solid knowledge of MS Office products
• Interest in the diverse topics of the external trades
• The willingness to work into industry-specific software
