Business Planning Budgeting, forecasting and medium- and long-term financial and quantity planning. Financial analysis & performance evaluation Analysis of sales, costs, cover contributions and deviation analyses incl. Risk / chance assessment. Reporting & KPI control Development and development of reporting structures, KPI dashboards and cross-functional standard reports (“Report as a Service”). Order & planning calendar Organisation of the order phase calendar and monitoring of quantities, forecasts and processes. Business Partnering & Process Optimization Sparring partners for teams (e.g. sales, supply chain, product development) as well as optimization and automation of planning and analysis processes, tools and reports. Business Cases & Basis of Decision Creation of business cases, scenario and cost-effectiveness analyses as well as address-oriented management presentations.

Relevant studies or completed commercial training as well as at least two years relevant professional experience in the field of planning, analysis or business development Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) as well as experience with ERP, reporting and PowerBI systems Outstanding analytical skills and conceptual and strategic thinking skills High service orientation, team skills and strong communication skills Structured, independent and process-oriented operation with high reliability and accuracy High operational readiness, loadability and flexibility in a dynamic environment Own initiative, openness for changes and willingness to develop processes actively
