Organisation, coordination and control of the offices in Monheim and Hilden, with service in Monheim Result Responsibility for the workshop and rent sectors with a reporting range of about 10 employees Customer support and consulting in relation to our services and our services Building long-term customer relationships in close cooperation with sales Expansion of individual and strategic customer loyalty Ensuring and continuous improvement of all processes at the responsible locations Professional and disciplinary leadership of the branch staff from the workshop and the rental area for the locations in Monheim and Hilden

Completed commercial or technical vocational training Good technical understanding, e.g. in the field of agricultural/construction machinery, motor vehicles or electric machines independent, structured and reliable work Leadership and strong service orientation Business thinking and acting Fit in handling MS Office and at best with SAP Routined use from smartphone Willingness to participate in training on new products Minimum driving licence Class B
