Behave now as: Tender Manager (w/m/d) Laichingen | Germany (DE) | Full time | Sales & Marketing & Customer Service | Professional As Tender Manager (w/m/d), you take a central role in managing our German generic business. You are responsible for the entire Tender process – from the analysis of relevant alerts to the development of the offer and discount strategy to the implementation and ongoing contract management.

You tax health insurance contracts and discounts strategically and operationally You analyze market, competition, volume, prices and economy and offer suitable offers You develop quote, price and discount strategies for our Generika portfolio You'll start business cases, scenario analyses and decision templates for management You monitor Tender performance, sales, margin, volume and market share and perform optimization measures You work closely with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Legal and Sales You continuously develop Tender processes, data analyses and digital control instruments You identify opportunities and risks in the discount contract market and guide specific action recommendations for the Generics Business

You have a degree or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in Tender Management, Pricing, Market Access or the Pharma environment You have a good understanding of the German generic and discount contract market You think analytic and commercial and go safely with numbers, data and Excel (BI identifiers are advantageous) You work structured, independent and result-oriented You convince by communication strength and joy in working with different stakeholders You bring very good German and English skills
