The “Passionate People Strategy and Cultural Process” team is responsible for cultural change and continuously conceptualizes change processes and the central cultural measures within the MO. We work closely with our Executive Board, we are responsible for formats and events for the further development of executives and employees and are actively involved in the strategy and culture. Be part of our team! As a new team member, you will play a central role in cultural change and will actively shape the strategic orientation and cultural transformation of MO as part of the following responsibilities:

WHAT TUN WIRST...

Knowing the operational and conceptual business of production, quality and supply chain management and supporting change management activities in the context of transformation

You support the design and organisation of global executive events by independently taxing your own work packages

You support the on-site implementation and follow-up of events, including the preparation of feedback and lessons learned

You support the Mercedes-Benz employee survey in MO with communication activities

You support various formats of (strategic) communication and cultural activities, such as the preparation of briefing documents, professional voting, mailings or workshops

You will automatically create Intranet

The internship can start from October 2025.

WHAT WHAT WHAT?

You study Business Administration, Media Communication Sciences, Event Management, Business Psychology or a comparable degree course

You have good knowledge in MS Office (in particular PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

You bring very good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English (in word and writing)

You are interested in digital tools and artificial intelligence (AI) and use them to optimize processes and develop creative solutions

You are interested in topics related to transformation, culture and leadership

You draw your attention through a structured, independent and independent way of working

You have a quick understanding and are motivated to learn new things

You have flexibility, a high self-initiative and a good linguistic ability

You score through a pronounced communication strength and an excellent organizational skills
