Number: MER0003W34 Mercedes-Benz launches the new 'CX Engine' initiative to improve customer feedback measurement and analysis. The focus is on the customer experience, i.e. the customer experience with the brand. This initiative includes the implementation of a software-based platform that consolidates and analyzes both experience and operational data from customer contact points along the entire customer journey, including digital and physical interactions. The rollout activities for the physical contact points began in March 2025. The Customer Experience Measurement and Insights team is looking for support for rollout and project management.
