To strengthen our People Operations & Payroll team in Munich, we are looking for you as a full-time manager: in People Operations.

Advice and support of employees and executives in all HR-relevant and labour-law issues Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and for all operational HR interfaces. This includes, inter alia, the creation of employment contracts and additional agreements, interim and work certificates, certification, etc. As a central contact person, you are also responsible for the administration and further development of our HR system, you maintain the system with data and are responsible for managing the electronic personal files Transformation: You actively shape the digitalization in the HR sector, support the implementation of innovative projects and drive the implementation of new functionalities Project work: independent implementation and support of a project for the adaptation and legally secure updating of old work contracts taking into account current legal and collective requirements.

Completed commercial training or studies in the field of personnel, business management or a comparable qualification 3 - 5 years of professional experience in the field of human resources, in particular in employment and/or contract law Safe handling of common computer applications (especially Microsoft Office) as well as initial experience with personal management software/ HR software Your precise way of working, your communicative personality and your solution-oriented team players complete your profile
