About the opportunity You will be part of a dedicated production team that further processes high-quality biological fluids that play a central role in our innovative products. In your role as Associate Operations, you actively support the production process – from filling to lyophilization – and work in a GMP-regulated environment. In addition to operational cooperation, you contribute to process improvement with your own ideas and contribute continuously to the further development of our production processes.

Your tasks include Working in a small, dynamic production team during the filling and labelling of biological liquids (e.g. buffers, master mixes, enzymes) in small containers Operation and monitoring of freeze-drying plants (lyophilization) GMP-compliant implementation and careful documentation of all work steps according to manufacturing regulations and SOPs Creation, maintenance and adaptation of production documents in compliance with the GMP guidelines Implementation of inventory and inventory management and bookings in SAP Active cooperation in process optimization in the sense of lean management and the introduction of own suggestions for improvement Qualification, calibration and maintenance of modern laboratory equipment and work in the clean room area

Your profile Further education desirable Good knowledge of German (B2); English knowledge is advantageous Experience in a GMP-regulated environment or practical laboratory experience Basic knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge desirable Careful, structured and reliable operation Team skills and responsibility Ready to work in three-shift operation (currently not required)
