HR service employee with a focus on payroll accounting (m/f/d)

As a HR service employee (w/m/d) with a focus on pay billing, you are a central contact person for our employees. You ensure that billing-relevant processes are implemented reliably, correctly and on time. In doing so, bring your expertise, “think further” and optimize processes. In the central HR questions concerning the tariff application, you support your customers, create personal advice templates and are responsible for maintaining the master data in the HR software LOGA. You combine numerical understanding with service orientation – and keep an overview even in complex situations.

A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification – ideally related to personnel Preferably, first experience in pay billing or the motivation to engage in this topic A good understanding of figures and great interest in personal and accounting issues An independent, conscientious and structured way of working and the ability to formulate content and information clearly and precisely Impressed communication strength, empathy and joy in helping employees competently Team spirit, reliability, enthusiasm for service orientation and the willingness to actively shape processes
