We then study with us at the University of the Federal Employment Agency (HdBA) and choose either the study programme on labour market management or advice for education, occupation and employment. Tasks and activities: The three-year study is divided into five presence and four internships, each covering four months. The theory you have acquired in the HdBA (Mannheim or Schwerin) can be applied directly to the traineeships in the local services (work agency or job center). In the third Trimester, you will choose a study focus to deepen your skills. During your studies, you combine scientific knowledge and methods from the economic, social and legal sciences in a unique way and learn to apply them practically. You can make your studies individually with the choice of priorities and choices. During your studies, you will receive optimal support from small study groups and you will be able to contact you personally with advice and deed. For the preparation of the bachelor's thesis you get a six-week release.

Above all, your personality counts with us – a school degree is also important.
