In the Health Management team, we are committed to creating healthy conditions, strengthening our employees' health skills and creating attractive health services. We follow a holistic approach to health and continuously develop our offers. At our new location on Strandkai 1 – in the heart of Hamburg’s port – a modern activity room with fitness area and course space is created: a place where movement, health and well-being can be experienced in everyday work. Be part of the team mt 15-20 Sunden per week and enthuse others for the topics health and movement! The job is limited to six months.

You enter our fitness area and are the first person to train employees. Device assignments are carried out independently and supported in the creation of individual training programs. With your commitment, you can participate in health actions, health days as well as course and movement offers. You also support administrative tasks, documentation and organizational processes. You help build a reporting and prepare relevant key figures. Together with the team, you work on projects of occupational health promotion and introduce your own ideas.

You are currently in a Bachelor's or Master's degree course in a sport science course such as sports management, fitness economics or a similar subject. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in fitness, sports or health. A trainer license (C or B license) or a comparable qualification you already bring. First knowledge in a training planning software is advantageous. You go open to people and enjoy helping others with their health goals. An independent, structured way of working and your service orientation are what distinguishes you. At the same time, you work reliably and keep track of multiple tasks.

Your compensation & additional offers: Remuneration is made by 6 TV-AVH (19,00 € / hour). Depending on the function, additional pay components can be taken into account.
