SWK performs central tasks and services for its Group companies. Within the real estate management and housing sector, a job is at the earliest possible time as Projektmanager (m/w/d) -

• limited for the period of maternity leave and any subsequent parental leave
• in full time (39.0 hours/week).

As an object manager, you are responsible for the management and development of your various objects. You take over the professional leadership of a team and ensure the task of your team. Your area of responsibility includes the entire inventory development of economic planning through cost monitoring as well as ensuring the housing market by the team. You will also develop your own projects for the development of quarters.

You have completed vocational training or studies in the real estate sector and have already been able to gather several years of professional experience as an object manager in the housing industry. Problem-solving competence and an understanding of immobility relationships are not foreign words for you! In addition, you are safe to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as a home management software. Personally, you can convince us by an analytical and structured way of working, negotiation skills, persuasive power as well as a high self-motivation and resilience. Class B driving licence is required for activity.
